Returns Policy

If a canvas is faulty or damaged, and it is therefore not fit for purpose the customer must contact us immediately. We will gladly re-print a new canvas once the goods have been returned and proven to be faulty, but they must be returned within seven days of receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to us safely and in their entirety including the packaging. If the goods are not faulty or damaged or the original packaging is missing then we cannot offer a re-print.

Privacy Policy

All personal information supplied is held securely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your details will be protected and will not be given to third parties except for the delivery of print items as necessary. We only use the information provided to manage your account and to communicate with you during transactions.

Customer’s statutory rights as set out in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 are not affected by our policies.
